Bakersfield AM Aglow Leadership Team and Support MinistriesTeam
The Leadership Team members meet on a regular basis to plan, discuss, and pray for needs. The Leadership team and the Support/Ministry team work together. The team members demonstrate active roles in all monthly meetings. Each member is trained and ready to serve. They extend their talents and gifts to touch hearts and strive to make each meeting flow smoothly lead by God's precious will. resources

Carol Moss - President
Carol Moss was born in Fresno. She has three daughters, one son in law, six living grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. She has been widowed almost eight years. Carol and her husband Ed, came to Bakersfield in 1967 to open a collection agency. She continues to own and operate Commercial Trade, Inc. as well as The Trade Center, which is an Executive Office Suite complex.
Carol has been active in Aglow since 1989. She has served on both local Aglow Lighthouse’s, as well as the Southern San Joaquin Valley Area Team of Aglow. She currently serves as the President of Bakersfield A.M. Aglow. She also is an Elder and Chaplain for her local church.
Shirley Byrd - Vice Preident of Financial Developement
Shirley Byrd has been married to her husband Bill, for over 50 years. She has four grown children and five grandchildren.
In her spare time, Shirley enjoys painting, music, reading, traveling, resources resource time with her family and teaching as well as participating in women’s Bible studies.
Shirley has been involved with Aglow on and off for over 30 years, and has held various positions including President, Recording Secretary, and Treasurer. She currently serves as our Vice President of Financial Development. One of her most rewarding aspects of being involved with Aglow, has been her opportunities to teach and share God’s love and His Word with other women.
Shirley’s hope and desire is to see women set free from the bonds that hold them back from spiritual growth.
Reba Lancaster - Vice President of Administration
Reba Lancaster, the ‘I’ and Israel Mandate Coordinator for Central California. Aglow has been Reba’s main ministry for the last 24 years. She has served on the A. M. Leadership Team, the Southern San Joaquin Valley Area Team and presently on the A.M. Team. She presently serves as our V.P. of Administration on the Bakersfield A.M. Board. She says she is “recycled” and loves it!
Reba received the Lord as a teenager. She has taught Sunday School, Children’s Church, Bible Studies, and is an Elder in her church. She is a retired Postmaster. Reba is Mom to three children, Grandmother to four and great-grandmother to four.
